FAQ

How do credits work? 1 credit generates one silent 720p clip. Exporting at 1080p costs 1 extra credit. Failed generations return credits automatically.

How long is a clip? Each clip is one silent motion, usually a few seconds. EduViz does not turn one request into a full lesson.

Do credits expire? Subscription credits refresh monthly and are valid for 30 days. Clip pack credits never expire.

How long are finished clips stored? 7 days on Free, 90 days on Creator and clip packs, 1 year on Pro.

Can I roll over unused clips? Subscriptions do not roll over. Pack credits never expire.

Can I use clips commercially? Free is for personal and classroom use. Paid plans and packs include commercial use.

How does priority work? Pro requests get highest priority, Creator gets priority, Free and pack requests use standard queue.

Can I generate several clips at once? Free: 1 at a time, Creator and packs: up to 3, Pro: up to 5.

What happens if a generation fails? Credits for that attempt are returned automatically.
