How do I install LingTube?
Install the LingTube extension from the Chrome Web Store. No other software is needed. After installation, open YouTube or Netflix.
Why do I get a "subtitle request too frequent, please try again later" error?
This is a 429 (too many requests) limit from YouTube: too many subtitle requests from the same IP in a short time. Common causes include unclean VPN/proxy nodes (many users sharing the same IP). Try switching to a clean network, clearing browser cache and cookies, and disabling other subtitle/translation extensions, then wait and retry.
I'm a Plus member and want to upgrade to Premium. How?
The system does not support direct upgrades from Plus to Premium. Cancel the renewal in "Manage Subscription" in the settings panel; the subscription will continue until the end of the current period. After it ends, you can subscribe to Premium.
