Why not just practise with ChatGPT? ChatGPT will tell you that was a great answer, show you the rubric if you ask, and let you retype until it reads well. Anika holds a rubric you do not get to see, ends your answer when you go quiet, and marks what you actually said out loud.

What does the feedback actually look like? A marking sheet. Every question carries a private list of things a strong answer had to show, and each one comes back marked hit, partial, or missed with a quote of your own words as evidence. Behavioral answers also get STAR coverage, and you see your words per minute and filler-word count.
