Say It Again is an AI-powered tool that generates user-generated content (UGC) style videos from a store's product pages. It reads a product page, creates a script based on the page content, and produces a video featuring a generated presenter who holds, uses, or wears the product while speaking the script. How to use Say It Again

1. Paste your store link: Enter your store URL (or a product link) into the input field on the homepage. The system reads your products, photos, colors, and writing style. On Shopify, it can read up to 1,000 products at once.
2. Create an account: Sign up, add a card, and choose the plan your free trial will convert to. Your first 2 videos are free, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
3. Read the scripts: Select a product, a presenter (from 12 generated options), and where the product should appear (e.g., in a hand, on a counter, in a room, worn). The system writes up to 3 scripts and shows the price before you generate a video. You can edit any line.
4. Download the video: Once generated, the video is saved in your library. If a video fails, credits are refunded automatically.

What is an AI UGC video?
A short video in which a person films themselves with a product and talks about it. Here the person is a generated presenter, not a customer, and the script is written from your product page.

Do I need a card?
Not to read your store. To make videos, you create an account, add a card, and choose the plan your free trial turns into. Nothing is charged when you add it, your first 2 videos are free, and the card is charged for the plan when the free trial ends, unless you cancel before then. One free trial per card and email address.

What happens when the free trial ends?
The free trial lasts 7 days from when you add your card. It runs until the end of its last day, then turns into the monthly plan you chose, and the card is charged for it, unless you cancel the free trial in Settings before then. When the plan starts, or if you buy a plan or a top-up first, free videos you have not used are kept as credits that never expire. If you cancel, they end with the free trial, and nothing is charged. Best, 30-second videos, several videos at once, Build from an ad, Designed image ads, the Longest motion, a team, and Competitors and Winning ads come with your first plan or top-up. A second store comes with a plan. Every video you made stays in your library.

Which stores work?
Any public ecommerce store. On Shopify we read up to 1,000 products at once. On other stores we read the store, then each product when you paste its link. If a store blocks us, we say so, and you add products by their links. If we cannot read a page well enough, we say so before you make a video.

Is the product in the video really my product?
It starts from your photo every time. In a video, the product is recreated from your photo: its shape, label and colours come from it, and small print can soften. In image ads in the Your photos style, the frame is your photo, scaled and otherwise untouched. A Designed set, a lifestyle scene you add, and every ad from Build from an ad show the product recreated from your photo. If we cannot find a photo we can use, we say so before you make a video.

Are the presenters real people?
No. They are generated people with generated voices, and no one else's likeness or video is used. We write a presenter's lines about what happens on camera, not about having bought or used your product before. Choose one of 12 when you make the video. One is suggested for your product.

Can I dub or translate a video?
Yes. An AI UGC video is made in any of 31 languages and dialects, and a finished one can be made again in another at a video's price. A finished product video with a voiceover gets a new voice in any of 31 languages and dialects, for 20 credits.

What is a credit?
Credits are what everything here is priced in. An AI UGC video is from 400 credits, a product video from 400 and Image to video from 150. A plan adds credits every month, and a top-up adds them once. Your free videos are counted in videos, not credits.

What happens if a video fails?
It is refunded automatically, with the reason on the video's page, and the refund shows in your Credit history. A free video that fails comes back as a free video. For a video that did not fail but is wrong, write to us within 14 days. Where we got it wrong, we return the credits.

Can I change a video after it is made?
Before it is made, you can change every line of the script and choose the presenter, the captions and where the product is. After it is made, other sizes are free and another language has its own price. Any other change is a new video.

Can I use the videos in my ads?
Yes. You may use, publish and advertise with what we make from your material.

Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the month or year you have paid for. Plan credits end with the plan, and top-up credits stay.
