FAQ

• Can I upload my own character and keep it consistent across scenes? Yes. Upload a reference image, and it anchors every scene, ensuring the same face, outfit, and proportions throughout the cartoon video.
• How much does one cartoon video actually cost? A five-second scene costs 65 to 200 credits depending on the model and size. A three-scene cartoon video typically runs 200 to 600 credits, and a five-scene one 325 to 1,000 credits. Each scene's cost is shown before rendering.
• How much does a story video cost? Narration voice is about 0.11 credits per second. Each scene picture is 15 credits. An AI music track is 30 credits (ready tracks are free). Animating a scene adds 20 credits per second of clip. A 30-second story with about 8 scenes costs around 124 credits for still pictures or 924 credits with every scene animated. Animation credits are refunded if a video fails.
• Can I use the cartoon videos commercially? Yes, commercial use is included on every plan and credit package for client work, monetized YouTube channels, paid ads, courses, and products.
• What if a character still drifts between scenes? Regenerate just that scene against the same reference. Consistency is anchored per scene. Before rendering, use a clear, well-lit reference facing the camera and describe the character consistently in every scene prompt.
• Is ToonBee AI free? Yes, ToonBee AI is free to try. New accounts receive enough free credits to generate a character and render a short scene.

• How long can a cartoon video be? Base models render 4 to 30 seconds. ToonBee 1.0 can render any length requested.

• Is there a ToonBee app or download? No, ToonBee AI runs in the browser on Mac, Windows, and Linux. No animation software or personal GPU is required.
• When is an AI cartoon video generator the wrong tool? When the video needs to show real-world subjects like customer testimonials, actual products, or documentary footage. It's ideal for explaining ideas, telling stories, or animating characters.
• Will an AI cartoon video get demonetized or hit a copyright claim on YouTube? Not for being made with AI. YouTube demonetizes inauthentic, mass-produced uploads, not animation based on its generation method.
• Which cartoon style should I pick for my video? Match the style to the job. Flat 2D works for product/training videos, storybook for children/narrative, 3D for brand pieces, and comic book for short-form. Rendering one scene in two styles is recommended for uncertainty.
• What AI is actually running behind this? ToonBee AI is built on frontier video models like Kling, Seedance, MiniMax, and Veo, fine-tuned for user-generated scenes.
