TrackSensei is an AI production mentor for electronic music producers. It analyzes your Ableton Live project (.als) and/or audio bounce (WAV, MP3, FLAC, AIFF) to provide genre-aware feedback on arrangement, sound design, mix, and master. The AI chat mentor knows the specifics of your track, offering actionable advice rather than generic tips.
How to use TrackSensei
- Upload your project or bounce – Drag your .als file or audio file into TrackSensei. Audio decoding and .als parsing run in your browser; the raw file never leaves your device.
- Pick the matching genre profile – Choose from 12 main genre families and ~80 subgenres. Six techno and house profiles are calibrated against a 563-track corpus.
- Run the Deep Dive – TrackSensei extracts features locally, sends only the numeric feature JSON to Claude, and returns a scored report covering arrangement, sound design, mix, and master with concrete next steps.
- Chat with the mentor – Open the chat panel and ask follow-up questions. The AI mentor has read the full analysis of your specific track, so answers reference your actual session.

Does TrackSensei use my music to train its AI? No. We use Anthropic's Claude API which does not train on API data. Your music, projects, and conversations are never used to improve any AI model.
