What is RFPG

RFPG (Reley Fast Property Guru) is a property scanning and deal-pack tool that lets you walk around a property with any phone and receive a costed UK refurbishment estimate and a PDF deal pack in minutes. The report includes over 40 data points: itemised refurb costs by room and trade, value estimates and sold-price comparables from HM Land Registry (England and Wales only), deal maths and your max offer, area average rent (ONS) and gross yield, planning and flood checks (England and Wales), HMO and short-let routes, energy and safety items, and local crime, house-price and earnings data. RFPG is a software tool, not a regulated service, and outputs are estimates, not RICS valuations.

How to use RFPG

1. Go to the pricing page and switch the plan switch to Yearly.
2. Choose your plan: Starter (Bronze), Pro (Silver) or Firm (Gold).
3. Sign in or create your free RFPG account using the email you want reports, badge and Founders group invite sent to.
4. Enter your founding code at checkout (e.g., FOUNDING-BRONZE for Starter, FOUNDING-SILVER for Pro, FOUNDING-GOLD for Firm). Check the first-year price shows 50% off, then pay.
5. Download the free RFPG app for iPhone or Android and sign in with the same email. Scan a property: your reports open in the app and on the website.
6. Fill in the Founders form so your badge and Founders WhatsApp group place can be added.

Report plans (yearly):

• Bronze founder (Starter): £245 first year (normally £490). 3 reports/month, 75 research questions/month. Renews at £392/year (20% off).
• Silver founder (Pro): £495 first year (normally £990). 10 reports/month, 250 research questions/month. Renews at £792/year (20% off).
• Gold founder (Firm): £1,245 first year (normally £2,490). 30 reports/month, 750 research questions/month, plus a 15-minute onboarding call. Renews at £1,992/year (20% off).

Trades plans (yearly):

• Trades Starter founder: £195 first year (normally £390). 8 priced jobs/month. Renews at £312/year (20% off).
• Trades Standard founder: £245 first year (normally £490). 12 priced jobs/month. Renews at £392/year (20% off).
• Trades Pro founder: £395 first year (normally £790). 25 priced jobs/month. Renews at £632/year (20% off).

Other pricing:

• Single PDF report: £29. 5 reports for £99.
• Trades credit packs: Solo £29, Pro £59, Team £129 (one-off, not discounted).
• Not VAT registered: price shown is price paid.
• Unused reports do not carry over; monthly allowance lasts 30 days.

FAQ

Is this an investment? No. You're buying RFPG early at a founding price. You get the product, not shares, and no returns are promised.

How many founding places are there? No cap. It's a limited-time offer ending 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026.

What happens after 30 November? Codes stop working and normal yearly prices apply: Starter £490, Pro £990, Firm £2,490; Trades Starter £390, Standard £490, Pro £790. Existing founders keep their founding price for year one, 20% off renewals for life, badge and early access.

What does "lifetime" mean? Lifetime applies to your Founder badge (stays forever) and your 20% renewal discount while your plan stays active. It does not mean a free account. You can cancel any time.

Can I cancel? Yes, any time from Your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Do I buy on rfpg.ai or on Crowdfunder? Either. Same offer, same end date. On rfpg.ai enter your code at checkout. On Crowdfunder pledge for the reward and receive a code to take your first year at £0. Don't do both for the same plan.

Can I scan on the website? No. You scan in the free RFPG app. The website is for account and payment. Reports open in the app and on the website.

Which phones does it work on? Any phone. Every iPhone and Android phone gets the full scan and report. For most accurate scan, use iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro model (LiDAR). Android phones supporting ARCore Depth also use depth data. Android app live on Google Play; iPhone app in beta on Apple TestFlight (iOS 17 or later), no App Store listing yet.

Are trades included? Yes. Trades plans are included: 50% off first year of a yearly Trades plan, then 20% off renewals for life. Trades credit packs are one-off and not discounted. Trades quote-link flow coming soon.

Can I use the code with another offer, or on a monthly plan? One code per checkout, so founding code can't be stacked with another code. Each code works on its own plan's yearly price only, not monthly plans.

Is the report a valuation? No. RFPG gives estimates, not a survey or RICS valuation. A paid report includes sold-price comparables from HM Land Registry (England and Wales only), deal maths, max offer, area average rent (ONS) and gross yield (last two need 1-3 bedrooms and a purchase price). It doesn't include rental comparables, estimated rent or net yield.

Is RFPG regulated? No. RFPG is a software tool and isn't a regulated service. RFPN's FCA application has been submitted and is in review. RFPN is not a lender and does not guarantee finance approval.

What are the RFPG profile badge and RFPG off-market deals perks? Two extra perks for every founding member: a Founder badge next to your photo on your RFPG social profile (like a blue tick on Facebook), and early access to RFPG off-market property deals on rfpg.ai (coming soon, no launch date set). Both are coming soon, so neither is live yet.
